1. Revision Requests: We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with any services provided, such as editorial feedback, cover design, or formatting, you are entitled to a specific number of revisions outlined in your service agreement. 2. Refund Eligibility: Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. However, suppose you feel our services have not met the agreed-upon standards or specifications detailed in the service contract. In that case, we are committed to working with you to resolve these issues.
- Pre-Service Cancellation: If you cancel our services before work commences, you may be eligible for a full refund of any deposit or pre-payment. Notification of cancellation must be in writing within 72 hours of the initial agreement.
